Margaret "Sally" McNeill

Margaret “Sally” Garner McNeill went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 9, 2022 surrounded by her children and loved ones.

Sally was born on September 23, 1945 to the late Henry and Lillian Garner. In addition to her parents,  she was preceded in death by her husband Samuel McNeill; brother, Thomas Garner and sisters, Patsy and Carol Garner.

She is survived by her children, Donna McNeill, of Star, Sammy (Connie) McNeill, of Robbins, David (Sandra) McNeill, of Brevard, NC  and Paul (April) McNeill, of Robbins; brother, Johnny (Susan) Garner; sisters, Thelma Ritter, Helen (Bill) Ritter, Betty (Causie) McNeill, Peggy Hussey and Geraldine (David) Wright; grandchildren, Krystal (Cornelio) Debray, Jennifer Karshner, Heidi McNeill, Megan (Moses) Soto, Allen McNeill, Nathan (Hannah) McNeill, Makayla (Noah) Cabe, Hannah McNeill, Holly (Tim) Dixon, Stephanie (Aaron) Talbert, Savannah McNeill, and Wyatt McNeill; great-grandchildren, Gabi, Lili,  Henry, Bella, Olivia, Wilder, Sam, Ciara, Dakota, Josie, Peyton, Ashleigh, Ashlynn, Halleigh, Van, Max, Atom and Ion as well as many other family and friends.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 12:00 pm-1:45 p.m. at New Testament Baptist Church, in Robbins, NC. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Darren Richardson and Pastor Sammy McNeill presiding. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
