Willie Grover Maness, 93, of 299 Grover Rd. of Robbins, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Pinelake Health & Rehab in Carthage.

Funeral service will be 2:30 Friday,November 25, 2011 at Beulah Baptist Church in Bennett, where he was a member, with Dr. Curtis Barbery, and Rev. Robert Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Maness was a Moore County native, and a retired farmer. He was the son of the late Willie & Maude Maness and was the widower of 66 years to Ettie Maness. He was also predeceased by sisters, Blanche Hill, Geneva Caviness, Myrtle Martindale, and Beatrice Wallace.

Survivors: Sister-Clara M. Lowe of Greensboro, and several Nieces and Nephews.
