Biography
Bennett: Mr. William Jack "Bill" Eidson 76, formerly of Bennett passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the home of his son Jeff, of Liberty, NC. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 2 pm at Pine Rest Cemetery in Robbins.
Mr. Eidson was born in Iredell County and was a Truck Driver most of his life. He was the son of the late Robert & Mamie Horton Eidson. He loved his family, and always was there for them. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his Wife-Sylvia C. Eidson. He was a long time member of Love Valley Presbyterian Church. Mr. Eidson had a saying he lived by " I am what I am!"
Mr. Eidson is survived by his Son & Daughter In Law- William "Jeff" & Annette Eidson of Liberty. Daughter- Julie Whitehill of Robbins. Grandchildren- Renae Eidson-Boston, Joshua Tyler Eidson, Preston Taylor Eidson, & Walker Godfrey. Great-Grandchildren- Nicholas Braeden Eidson-Boston & Jackson Paul Eidson-Boston.
