Willa Dupree Forrest

Willa Inez Dupree Forrest, 87, born August 11, 1935, passed away Sunday March 26, 2023, at her home surrounded by her immediate family caregivers. A native of Moore County, she was a daughter of the late David “Windy” Dupree and Bertha Rawls Dupree. She worked for Western Electric until returning to Moore County to farm and actively serve God in her community. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde E. Forrest Jr. and special grandson Joshua Ray Forrest.

Survivors include but not limited to: son Donald Ray Forrest and his special care giving wife Janet; grandson, Mark Anthony Forrest and wife Khrysta with two great-grandchildren Mark and Raven Forrest; daughter,  Wanda Forrest, of Siler City; grandchildren,  Jonathan Brian Beck and wife Jennifer, Joy Beck Suddeth and husband Bradley, Keri Beck Garner and husband Gary. Numerous great grandchildren.

The resting place of Willa Forrest will be beside her husband of 69 years at Pine Mountain Church, Bennett, N.C.
