Michael Lewis Testerman

Michael (Mike) Lewis Testeman, of Goldston, passed into the arms of Jesus on September 19, 2026 after several years of declining health.

He was born in Lee County, NC on November 27, 1958, the son of Fred Clarence Testerman and Florence Hash Testerman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Neal and Harvey Junior, as well as his beloved grandson, Jason David Michael Lincoln.

Mike was a self-employed master diesel mechanic by trade. His greatest love was his family and his relationship with Jesus, his Lord and Savior. He would do his best to help anyone in need.

Mike is survived by daughters, Patricia and Bridget and sons, Michael, Adam and Matt. He is also survived by his step-daughter, Shyanne; step-son, Briar; sister, Martha; brothers, Dale (Wanda), Sam (Charlotte) and Charles (Margie).

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at Mt. Tabor Community Church with Pastor David Lambeth and Pastor Ed Murchison presiding. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00-1:45 p.m. The family will return to the fellowship hall following the committal and will also receive friends at that time.
