Kenneth Brown

Bennett: Mr. Kenneth Edward Brown 57, of 7065 Howards Mill Rd., Bennett, NC went home to be with the Lord surrounded by his family Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 2:30 pm at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church where he was a member with Rev. Michael Poindexter officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.
Mr. Brown was born in Chatham County to the late Warren & Beverly Sumner Brown and worked in Maintenance at Edwards Wood Yard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his Sister- Carol Shields.
Mr. Brown is survived by Daughter- Kristen Morgan & husband Jason of Seagrove. Son- Shannon Brown of Raleigh. Sister- Jane Faulkner & husband Ralph of Burlington. Brothers- Ronnie Brown of Asheboro, Bill Brown & wife Janice of Burlington, and Roger Brown & wife Ruby of Bennett. Brother-In-Law- Robert Shields of Burlington. Granddaughter- Lily Jo Morgan.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 6-8pm at Joyce-Brady Chapel, 3833 Chatham St., Bennett, NC 27208 and other times at his home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Randolph County or Mt. Zion UMC Cemetery fund. You may offer online condolences at www.joycebradychapel.com
