Biography

Seagrove: Robert "Howard" Hussey 58, of 5845 Waddells Ferry Rd., Seagrove passed away Monday April 16,2012 in Robbins. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday April 19, 2012 at 2 pm at the Riverside Baptist Church where he was a member with the Rev. Kenneth Bouldin officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.
Mr. Hussey was a Randolph Co. native and worked as a logger in the timber industry. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed hunting & fishing. Mr. Hussey was preceded in death by a son Mitchell Hussey, and father Robert Hussey.
Mr. Hussey is survived by Wife- Sandra Cockman Hussey of the home. Sons- Brian Hussey of Seagrove, and Shawn Hussey of the home. Mother- Marie Setliff of Seagrove. Brothers- Tony Hussey, Bobby Hussey, & Russell Hussey all of Seagrove. Sisters- Bertha Hussey of Seagrove, Nancy Shaw of Ramseur, Patsy Spivey of Seagrove, & Barbara Chriscoe of Asheboro. 6 Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday April 18, 2012 from 6-8 pm at Joyce-Brady Chapel, 3833 Chatham St., Bennett, NC 27208 and other times at his home. You may offer online condolences at www.joycebradychapel.com
