Siler City: Ed Cecil Davis 78, of 531 Gilliland Rd., Siler City passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 at his home. A Graveside Memorial service will be conducted Friday, June 21, 2013 at 2 pm at Chatham Memorial Park in Siler City with Rev. Bobby Shutt officiating.
Mr. Davis was born in Guilford Co. and was a retired logger and farmer. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his parents- Ed & Rosa Davis, Wife- Margaret Ann Davis, Brothers-Floyd & Paul, Sister- Mary.
Mr. Davis is survived by Daughters- Ruby Davis of Albermarle, & Helen Davis (James) of Siler City. Son- Donald Davis of Siler City. Several Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren.
