Mrs. Cynthia Leap Rives, 67, of Bear Creek, N.C., died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at U.N.C. Hospital in Chapel Hill, N.C. . A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., at Cornerstone Baptist Church Cemetery, 396 N.C. Hwy. 42 Goldston, N.C. . The family has requested that no flowers be sent, but donations may be made in Cynthia's memory to a charity of one's choice.
Cynthia is survived by her partner of many years, John C. Riddle, and a host of friends and extended family near and dear to her.
