Ms. Cora Welch Nipper, 70, of Robbins, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. A private family viewing was held at Joyce-Brady Chapel in Bennett, N.C. . A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
