Connor Neal Oates, infant son of Krissy Henderson and Chris Oates, died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at U.N.C. Hospital in Chapel Hill. A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 8, 2016, at Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bear Creek, N.C. with Rev. Darrell Garner officiating.
Connor was preceded in death by his uncle Kenneth Tate.
He is survived by his parents, Chris Oates and Krissy Henderson of Wilmington, N.C., Twin brother, Logan Christopher Oates of the home, maternal grandmother, Wendy Robbins of Lillington, N.C. and maternal grandfather Donnie Henderson of Charlotte, N.C. and paternal grandparents, Mike and Beth Oates of Greensboro, N.C. and Aunt, Kimberly Oates also of Greensboro, N.C. and a host of family and friends.
