Mr. Cecil Edward Rouse, 82, of Eagle Springs, N.C., died Saturday, April 29,2017 at FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative Care in Pinehurst, N.C. . Honoring the final wishes of Mr. Rouse, no services were held and no obituaries will be published. His burial was private.
