Anna Fields Brooks

Anna Marie Fields Brooks, 75, of Siler City, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Joyce-Brady Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the home of Dalton Taylor.

Anna was born in Moore County on February 3, 1950 to George and Mae Caddell Fields. She was formerly employed as a supervisor at Boling Chair Company. Anna enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking and reading cookbooks. She loved her family and cherished spending time with them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Brooks; brothers, Clyde and Larry Fields and sister, Janice Brooks.

Anna is survived by her children, Sabrina Beal (Jeffrey), of Bear Creek, Scot Brooks (Patty), of Bear Creek and James Brooks (Dallas), of Siler City; brother, Robert Fields (Nancy), of Surfside Beach, SC; grandchildren, Dalton Taylor (Sierra), Matt Brooks (Scarlett), Josh Brooks (Jessica), Madison Scott, Yasmine Scott and Nevaeh Boykins; four great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
