Thomas Troyer
July 11, 1940 — February 23, 2015
Mr. Thomas Eugene Troyer, Sr., 74, of East Virginia Street in Robbins, NC passed away Monday, February 23, 2015 at his home. He was the son of the late Thomas William Troyer and Grace Coppersmith Troyer. He was retired from the Millikan Plant in Robbins, and had also worked as a Security Guard for Perdue Plant in Robbins. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Amanda Wright.
Mr. Troyer loved to shop at yard sales, and watch TV. He was a talented in woodworking and enjoyed making wooden Christmas decorations. He loved his children and family.
Mr. Troyer will be buried at a later date in Butler Maryland.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Barron Troyer of the home; Sons- Thomas Eugene Troyer, Jr., William James Troyer & wife Charlotte of Robbins; Daughter- Brenda Lee Zimmerli & husband Robert of Robbins; Sisters-Betty Kulchar & husband Kenneth of Dundalk, Maryland, Barbara Shadle of Hanover, Pennsylvania, and Linda Tidwell & husband Bill of Wellston, Oklahoma; He also has 8 Grandchildren & 7 Great-grandchildren.
